La Chasse isn't tied to a fixed list of suppliers. Our range is shaped by the chefs we work with — what they're after, what's worked in their kitchen, and what they want to try next. If you're looking for something specific that we don't currently stock, we'll go and source it.
Many of our longest relationships started with a chef asking for one ingredient we didn't carry yet. We trial it, we listen to what worked, and often it ends up in the wider range — recommended by one kitchen, tried by the next.
